About Me

​I am a licensed Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Professional Coach specialising in women’s mental health and wellbeing. My work draws on three decades of experience across technology, leadership and human systems, supporting women through periods of change, growth and healing.

I began my career as a software engineer and later moved into leadership roles in product development and organisational transformation. Over time, my focus shifted toward behavioural science, coaching and psychotherapy. I completed a postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis through the Institute of Applied Psychology, training under Gordon Young, internationally recognised as the expert in NLP, applied Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy.

 

I have delivered thousands of hours of coaching to leaders and teams in organisational settings and today, I offer psychotherapy and coaching in my private practice, integrating Systems Relationship Therapy, solution-oriented approaches, Clinical Hypnosis and Adult Development theory to support meaningful and sustainable change.

 

I work primarily with women navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges and life or career transitions. My approach is practical, compassionate and evidence-informed, helping clients build emotional and psychological skills, reduce overwhelm and develop a more supportive relationship with themselves and others. I also offer mentoring in product development and organisational leadership, and I welcome enquiries from men, couples and families.
