About Me

I am a Professional Coach specialising in women’s wellbeing, with nearly three decades of experience that bridges technology and human systems.

Beginning my career as a software engineer, I grew into leadership roles in product development and organisational transformation, before deepening my expertise in behavioural science and coaching.

 

This unique blend of technical insight and human-centred practice allows me to see the bigger picture—how complex systems and individual stories weave together in organisations and in life.

I hold certifications including ICF ACC, Marshall Goldsmith MGSCC, and advanced Team Agile Coaching, and have delivered thousands of hours of coaching to leaders, teams, and organisations worldwide. My approach integrates Systems Relationships, Solution-Oriented therapy, and Adult Development theory, enabling deep and sustainable transformation.

Currently, I am completing advanced training in Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy in Ericksonian practice, which is already adding valuable new dimensions to my work. This learning enriches how I help individuals, couples, teams, and community groups navigate relationship dynamics, stress, major transitions, and difficult decisions.

 

At the heart of my practice is guiding women to trust their instincts, embrace their strengths, and move through challenges with authenticity. I focus on nurturing their inner voice, building on natural capacities, and cultivating a life-affirming stance that creates positive impact for themselves, those around them and the world.

Beyond my professional work, I coach an Under-12 girls’ soccer team—a role that reconnects me with curiosity, play, and the fresh perspectives of the next generation. Their openness reminds me of the importance of innocence, resilience, and of nurturing empowered young women in a world still shaped by old systems.
